These terms and conditions apply to all mobile applications (hereby referred to as "Application" or "Applications") published by RandCode Labs (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as Free or Freemium services.
Upon downloading or utilizing any Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to use. Unauthorized copying or modification of any Application, any part of an Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract source code, translate Applications into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to our Applications remain the property of the Service Provider.
Some Applications require creating an account to access features. Where applicable, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and to notify the Service Provider immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Applications may be offered as fully free, ad-supported, or Freemium with optional paid upgrades. Where paid tiers exist, they are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and may also use third-party subscription providers. The Service Provider does not directly process payment information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are governed by the respective store's refund policy.
Some Applications allow you to create, upload, or submit content. You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any applicable laws or the rights of any third party. The Service Provider does not claim ownership of your content but reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.
You agree not to use any Application to store or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Applications may utilize third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. Depending on the Application, these may include:
Not all services listed above are used by every Application. Only those relevant to a specific Application apply to your use of that Application.
Some Applications require an active internet connection to function fully. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if an Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of internet access or exhausted data allowances. Users are responsible for any charges incurred from their mobile provider for data usage.
The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may also request account deletion by contacting the Service Provider at the email address below. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our servers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Service Provider may update Applications at any time and may modify these terms and conditions. You agree to accept updates to Applications when offered. The Service Provider reserves the right to cease providing any Application and terminate its use at any time without notice.
Applications are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Service Provider does not warrant that any Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly. Continued use of any Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
